Structure of PEX/AL/PEX Pipe:
Five-layer design (Inner layer: PEX / adhesive / middle layer: aluminum/adhesive / outer layer: PEX)
*The aluminum layer in the middle significantly enhances the pipe’s strength. Additionally, it effectively prevents the permeation of oxygen and gases into the pipe, thereby safeguarding the steel and brass components against corrosion for prolonged use.
*The adhesive bonding of the PEX and aluminum layers ensures the integrity and reliability of the pipes.
*PEX-b (cross-linking polyethylene) in the inner and outer layers ensures the pipe can be used for hot water
